Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur.
Pricing: Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment Methods: Payment must be made at checkout. Accepted methods include major credit/debit cards and partial payment options like Klarna and Clearpay.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. If an item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Charges: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are separate from product costs.
Delivery Times: Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days within the UK. Orders after 11 am are processed the next working day.

General Policy: Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, with products in original condition. Requests must include images and be sent to our inquiries email.
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If items are not in original condition, the customer must pay return shipping costs.
Fragile Items: No refunds for damaged fragile items unless reported within 24 hours with evidence. Decisions are at the manufacturer’s discretion.

No Liability for Indirect Losses: Sparkle Up and its manufacturers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using our services or products.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if items have not been packed for dispatch. Once packed, orders cannot be canceled.
